Tardigrades Case

I wanted to keep you updated regarding the Tardigrades and Star Trek Discovery post from October 18th 2017. First of all, I want to thank everyone who posted videos, articles and even talked about the issue in their social media. The last 10 months were so hard on me and the development of the project. I tried every possible way to have a respectful and reasonable discussion with CBS but they treated me in disrespect and just dangled me around with postponing meetings due to their vacations and being busy. The first conversation turned into the last one. I gave them a lot of time to make things right. Unfortunately, I found myself at a dead end with them, and so I had to enforce my rights by filing a lawsuit to treat me seriously.

  1. Good luck, I hope you win big and teach those plagiarizing CEOs not to destroy people's hard work to fill their greedy bank accounts.

  3. I feel like CBS might counter-sue you for this, so be careful :P

  4. I am supporting you by all means. CBS is a huge corporation and I'm honestly worried about you and your project. They will do everything to crush you. I hope you win or at least settle this thing with them. <3

  6. Keep us posted! Get this into the news cycle. They will do everything in their power to crush you. We can't let them silence you and keep this out of the news. What can we do to help you?

  7. Good afternoon. I read your tweet and some news about Alex Kurtzman allegedly ripping off your Tardigrades video game for STD, and this isn't the first time he's been accused of stealing someone else's copyrighted material (see the Cowboys & Aliens lawsuit). I know lawsuits can restrict what participants are legally allowed to disclose publicly, but I'd like to have you on my show (http://www.youtube.com/c/TheWilkReport) to talk about this. I'm on Skype as mkwiat1974 and Discord (https://discord.gg/xv4CG74) if you'd like to schedule an interview.

  11. When was this game playable I don't see how anyone could have found this game. Only similarities is space tardigrade characters way off. Star trek may have this copywriter years ago they may see you lol

  12. You have great supporters here in Brazil, Anas. Put CBS on its knees, Discovery is an abomination for all kinds of reasons, and stealing from you is surely a totally abhorrent one. Good luck!

  13. Clearly your work was maliciously stolen with no credit to you. It's as clear as day. CB$ should be ashamed for the non original stolen material. I would expect them to be settled out of court quickly.

  14. After what they did to stage 9, I fully support any action you take against CBS. Can let me know if you need any legal advise.

  15. Anas
Take CBS all the way to court please don't settle out of court.
one condition I would put in that Star Trek Discover TERMINATE any future seasons (CBS profited from your work).
Force CBS to operate any future "Projects" under the same restrictions they (CBS/Paramount) apply to FAN BASED productions! (I know that won't go but we can always dream).
so keep fighting don't let this 600KG gorilla win
    good luck
